Dequantes Devontay Lamar, known as Rich Homie Quan, passed away on September 5, 2024. He was considered one of the early “mumble rappers,” known for his relaxed style in hip hop. We at ART | library deco recognize him as a poet in his own right, born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1989. Memorable track by the music artist: Flex, “Ooh, Ooh, Ooh” . . . Rest in Peace
