 NOVELLA MEDIA L.L.C. publishes and manages ART | library deco, designed at studio 1034, a unique and creative art space located in Austin, Texas.

We would like to clarify the following regarding the content on our virtual library:

1. Ownership of Content

ART | library deco does not claim ownership of images or articles that accompany republished content, with the exception of materials contained within our own digital archives and collections. All imagery not in the public domain is displayed with appropriate credit to the respective artist, museum, or gallery. In cases where an artist can no longer grant or deny permission for the use of their work, images may be featured under “Fair Use” guidelines.

2. Source of Digital Content

The digital content on our platform, which includes visual artwork and images, is sourced from a variety of contributors. We only publish images that have received approval for use from the photographer or copyright holder, or that are classified as being in the public domain.

As we do not hold copyrights for these works, we are unable to grant permission for reproduction or republication of the images. However, we make every effort to include links to the original copyright holder or publisher whenever possible.
